Reproductive Health School Outreach Prevention Programme
The ACFS programme has a three-pronged approach in working with young teenage girls. The prevention programme focuses on reaching large captive audiences of girls and ensure that we provide comprehensive sex education before they get into trouble through peer pressure and lack of information.
The initiative started off by us approaching community forums and schools to inform them of the project Sexual and Reproductive Health – Prevention talks. The aim of the initiative is to get the community members buy-in to participate in the programme. We approached schools, community gatherings and other interested stakeholders for consultative meetings.
