ACFS Honoured as “Best Holistic Child & Family Centered Development Interventions NPO – South Africa” at Acquisition International’s 2025 Non-Profit Organisation Awards

We are thrilled to announce that the ACFS Community Education and Feeding Scheme has been recognised as the Best Holistic Child & Family Centered Development Interventions NPO – South Africa at the 2025 Non-Profit Organisation Awards, hosted by Acquisition International.

Now in its fifth year, the Non-Profit Organisation Awards celebrate non-profit organisations that deliver outstanding, meaningful impact. The winners are chosen purely on merit—honouring ingenuity, dedication, and tangible results in improving lives around the globe. Acquisition International emphasises the credibility of its process: “All awards are given solely on merit … distinguishing them from their competitors and proving them worthy of recognition.”

At ACFS, our approach is rooted in holistic care through five strategic pillars: Health & Nutrition, Learning & Development, Food Security, Youth-Led Sustainable Livelihoods, and Teenage Girls Programmes. Every day, we serve approximately 2,600 nutritious meals and reach over 22,800 children, including more than 2,400 through community outreach—empowering them with nourishment, education, and opportunities to thrive.
